Ben is our Financial Controller and deals with all things finance related at Cocentric. Working in finance roles over a variety of industries including media, advertising and architecture for the last 12 years Ben has gained the knowledge and experience required to independently manage our internal and external clients. He joined Cocentric in June 2020 during which time has seen enormous growth and he’s excited for what the future holds.

Daisy is our People and Culture Manager and focuses on all things HR within the business. She has gained her HR experience working in luxury hotels, including Royal Lancaster London and The Berkley. She joined Cocentric in March 2022 to help build out the HR function and have a focus on shaping the right environment for our culture to thrive.

Rhea is our Head of Marketing, leading the marketing team with Brand & Lead generation. Marketing being a true passion that she cannot switch off from, she spent the last 17 years working in high growth companies and for the majority of the last 10 years building marketing functions for rapid growth.

Craig is Head of Product and Technology, joining Cocentric as digital leader with nearly 20 years’ experience in launching intranets, applications and employee channels for organisations. In his previous role at NatWest Group, Craig was the first customer of Workplace by Meta and has spoken at multiple international forums as an industry leading expert. Craig’s current focus is on developing new roadmaps and features for channels optimised for employee engagement.

Ethan is UK General Manager for Cocentric. His career in management consulting has enabled him to work with clients to drive growth and innovation in areas of Employee Experience, Technology and Operations. Ethan has worked for EY and ...
