Rhea Hokayem-Conway

Rhea is Head of Marketing, leading the marketing team with Brand & Lead generation. Marketing being a true passion that she cannot switch off from, she spent the last 17 years working in high growth companies and for the majority of the last 10 years building marketing functions for rapid growth. She worked at many start-ups and scale-ups in the B2B tech industry, such as Dell EMC, VMware, OFX, SiteImprove, Tivian to name a few. In March 22, she decided to join Cocentric to build on the next phase of growth and establish a marketing function. Rhea enjoys using her energy, experience, determination to build teams and achieve goals.
